And it begins… Blood. Sweat. Tears. Nerves. Not enough sleep. Bad weather. Worse Hotels. And yet some of the best and most progressive skiing and snowboarding around. The Midwest Open 2008 presented by Cascade Mountain and Nordica. This is the premier winter sports event in the Midwest. If you haven’t been here before you had better make plans to attend this year’s event. The best athletes in the Midwest compete in 2 Hit Big-Air, Quarter-Pipe (there will not be a super-pipe event), and the main event night rail jam for their share of huge prize packages. In 2007 we gave away over $16,000 in prizes! Competitors are flooding in from 7 states and Canada.
