NATIONALS INFO

This is straight from the man about registering in our automated system.
. . . .read up!

the USASA member does not NEED an email
invite, since it doesn’t include any secret login info. They can
simply go to the site and see if they are on any of the invite lists.
Then they just login with their regular membership login info and
follow the directions to register and pay in full or decline the spot
so it will be freed up for the next qualified rider.

If they do not know their login info they just need to click on the
link to have the info sent to them automatically. Do NOT tell them to
call me (who keeps giving people my phone number by the way?!) or
email me, they need to do it through the automated system.

The deadlines are tight this year. The initial list of Series
Qualifiers, Pre Qualified, Overalls, National Overalls, National Team
riders, first wave of National Rankings etc. have until the March 15th
at midnight PST to login and pay in full for their spots. If they
don’t, their spots are automatically DECLINED at 12:01am on March 16th
and given to the National Rankings list. NO EXCEPTIONS.

As soon as spots are declined starting now, they are immediately given
to the next qualified rider in the National Rankings. That new invite
has 72 hours to login and pay or the invite is automatically DECLINED
and given to the next rider, etc. until midnight on March 25th.

If they are initially invited for one event but think they may get
more spots from the Rankings, they still have to login and pay for the
event they are currently invited for BEFORE the deadline or they will
lose it. They cannot wait until they get the other spots. After they
pay for the first spot, if they get any more later they just login and
pay the difference.

1 event is $250, then each additional event is $25 more. So the least
they would pay is $250 (same as last year) and most they would pay is
$350 (same as last year). The difference is the $25 per event deal
instead of $250 for 1, $300 for 2-3, $350 for 4 or 5. This new scale
is way more logical and people will understand it better.

Every competitor get a 7 out of 10 day ticket. (sweet.)

No one gets a discount for having a Season Pass at Copper!

IF YOU DID NOT tell us that a #1 rider wasn’t going to accept their
spot and you know they are not TELL ME NOW, because the MemberPro
system will NOT know to give it to the #2 person in your Series (your
single alternate). The spot will automatically go to the National
Rankings and that will most likely not be your alternate. Now is the
only chance to make sure this doesn’t happen. If you know someone is
not going to accept let me know and I can go in and give the #2 person
the “Q” and then Decline to #1 manually. If your #1 person logs in and
declines their spot themsleves, the spot is immediately gone to the
National Rankings. This is just how it is, the system could not be set
up to catch this automatically.

I think that is it for now, I am tired and can’t see straight anymore
so I am going to bed now.

Thank you, good night!

Thanks,
